🧠 What You’ll Do
- Build Data Products & Monitor Performance (30%)
- Create dashboards, reports, and semantic models in Power BI to track KPIs and OKRs.
- Ensure timely refreshes and quality checks.
- Optimize Processes & Solve Problems (30%)
- Deliver data-backed improvements and root-cause analyses using SQL, Redshift, and AI tools.
- Work from a prioritized backlog set by the AMER BI Manager.
- Collect & Analyze Data (20%)
- Gather data from multiple sources and conduct descriptive analysis to answer stakeholder questions.
- Collaborate & Strategize (15%)
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements.
- Demo data products and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure Data Integrity (5%)
- Apply validation and QA checks.
- Maintain documentation and adopt best practices for modeling and AI-assisted workflows.

🎯 What Success Looks Like
- 30 Days: Learn the data structure, modeling approach, and tools.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $76,601 to $95,752 or more depending on experience.
