🚀 Continuity Solutions Consultant

Location: Remote – North America | OTE: $74,550

Help MSPs Stay Always-On. Sell SaaS That Saves the Day.

As our Continuity Solutions Consultant, you’ll help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) safeguard their clients’ businesses with cloud-based continuity solutions that keep data protected and systems recoverable. Every day, you'll drive revenue by selling best-in-class Cloud Continuity SaaS products, managing a healthy pipeline, and finding clever ways to keep leads hot and Partners engaged.

This isn’t your average sales gig — this is cloud sales with real impact. Your work helps thousands of businesses bounce back from the unexpected.


🛠️ What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action)

  • Respond to inbound web and phone leads (no cold calling marathons here)

  • Qualify prospects, run product demos, close deals, and place orders

  • Creatively nurture new and existing leads — we love a follow-up that doesn’t feel like a robot wrote it

  • Collaborate with our tech-savvy Solution Engineers when deeper dives are needed

  • Keep your pipeline strong and your forecasts accurate

  • Resolve Partner concerns with help from our Service Delivery pros

  • Use Salesforce like a champ (if you color-code your CRM, we love you already)


💡 What You Bring to the Table

We’re not looking for unicorns, but if you check most of these boxes, we want to talk:

  • 2+ years of direct B2B sales experience (bonus if it’s SaaS or IaaS)

  • Channel sales experience? Even better.

  • CRM savvy — Salesforce preferred

  • Know your way around LinkedIn for business development

  • Familiarity with Microsoft services (O365, M365, CSP, Azure)

  • Cloudy with a chance of confidence: you get cloud computing and continuity solutions

  • You’ve hit or exceeded quota before — top 10–20% in your team is a huge win

  • Strong communicator, great with people, and a team player


🎯 What Success Looks Like

Within 90 days, you will:

  • Be fully ramped on Pax8’s Cloud Marketplace and Continuity product offerings

  • Have a healthy pipeline and be actively demoing to qualified leads

  • Know how to position our Cloud Continuity SaaS to MSPs with confidence

Within 120 days, you will:

  • Consistently close deals and meet your monthly targets

  • Build strong Partner relationships and become their go-to continuity expert

  • Start mentoring new hires and sharing your success strategies

In 6–12 months, you will:

  • Be a top-performing seller in your lane

  • Lead strategic conversations with MSPs around continuity planning

  • Play a key role in expanding Pax8’s Cloud Continuity footprint across North America
