🧭 What You’ll Do
- Calendar Management (25%) – Coordinate meetings, send reminders, and help leaders stay on track.
- Travel & Expense Support (30%) – Book travel, manage itineraries, and process reimbursements.
- Inbox Management (10%) – Prioritize emails and draft responses to keep communication flowing.
- Meeting Prep & Participation (20%) – Prepare agendas, materials, and tech logistics; attend meetings and capture notes.
- Event & Communication Support (10%) – Plan internal events, draft communications, and create presentations.
🧠 What You Bring
- Have 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support
- Are a master of the Microsoft Suite and know your way around inboxes, calendars, and T&E systems
- Can pivot between personalities and priorities with grace and professionalism
- Communicate clearly, act with urgency, and make smart decisions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and care

🎓 Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in tech, cloud, or channel industries is a plus
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $64,000 to $80,000 or more depending on experience.
