Pax8 is looking for a dynamic and empathetic leader to join our Professional Services team as the Manager of Cloud Solutions – Infrastructure. This Azure-focused role is all about inspiring a high-performing team, fostering continuous learning, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our partners.
Pax8 is looking for a dynamic and empathetic leader to join our Professional Services team as the Manager of Cloud Solutions – Infrastructure. This Azure-focused role is all about inspiring a high-performing team, fostering continuous learning, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our partners.
What You’ll Do
As the Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and develop a skilled Azure infrastructure team, promoting Pax8’s values and driving performance through regular feedback and coaching.
- Champion team skilling initiatives to keep pace with evolving technologies and business needs.
- Collaborate across departments and regions to standardize processes, build scalable solutions, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for partner and project challenges, resolving issues with clarity and compassion.
- Partner with Service Operations to ensure team readiness and alignment with workloads.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, Microsoft programs, and global Professional Services teams.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services in SMB environments, including:
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Azure File Share/Storage Accounts
- Azure Networking
- Azure Virtual Machines/Compute
- Azure SQL or Azure SQL MI
- Microsoft Fabric (a plus!)
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Ability to navigate complex challenges and communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
- Experience with project management platforms like ServiceNow (preferred).
- A growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert) are preferred.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $120,000/yr to $150,000/yr depending on experience.
