🚀 Director of Product Management, Platform Engineering
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Set the Vision: Define and drive the strategy for platform-as-a-product, aligning roadmaps with company goals and future growth.
- Lead with Purpose: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, instilling strong product thinking and outcome orientation.
- Build for Scale: Guide the development of infrastructure, developer tools, and services that are simple, secure, and scalable.
- Collaborate Deeply: Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful value.
- Drive Outcomes: Translate vision into focused roadmaps tied to business OKRs, and track performance across the product portfolio.
- Champion Innovation: Identify new investment areas and advocate for platform capabilities that unlock business potential.
- Empower Teams: Remove blockers, streamline dependencies, and ensure efficient execution across teams.
🧠 What You Bring:
- 8+ years of product management experience in technical domains like platform engineering, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
- Proven success leading PMs to deliver complex, high-impact products.
- Deep understanding of developer pain points across the SDLC.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on ROI and outcome-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance product management and platform engineering practices.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $165,000-$200,000 or more depending on experience
