Help MSPs across industries navigate the productivity cloud space by selling solutions that matter — think Microsoft O365, M365, and beyond. Your mission? Drive value, not just volume. You’ll manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and ensure our partners love working with Pax8 just as much as we love working here.

Jump on inbound leads and turn curiosity into commitment.

Follow up like a pro — creatively, persistently, and with flair.

Assess MSP partner needs, demo productivity SaaS solutions, and close the deal.

Collaborate with technical engineers when things get deep.

Log everything in Salesforce (because if it’s not in Salesforce, did it even happen?).

Troubleshoot issues with the Service Delivery team when needed.

Forecast like a fortune teller (but with data).
🧩 To thrive in this role, you must...

Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with SaaS in your bloodstream.

Know your way around Microsoft Cloud — O365, M365, Dynamics and the CSP model.

Have experience selling through the channel with top partners (MSPs, VARs, etc.).
- Travel to partner onsite meetings and presentations

Be a Salesforce ninja.

Speak the language of cloud, connectivity, and productivity tech — without needing a translator.

Know what makes Pax8’s Cloud Marketplace special — or be eager to learn and evangelize it fast.

Have a killer track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets — like top 10–20% in past roles.
📈 In 6 to 12 months, you'll know you're winning if...

Within 90 days: You’ve mastered Pax8’s Cloud Productivity offerings and closed your first few deals.

By 120 days: You’re confidently leading product demos, building strong MSP relationships, and forecasting accurately.

Within 6 months: You’re consistently hitting or exceeding monthly sales targets and are a go-to resource for partners in your territory.

By 12 months: You’ve built a strong pipeline, contributed to team revenue goals, and are training the newbies on your secret sauce.

Compensation: - Base salary of $97,020 with On Target Earnings of $121,275.00 no caps or limits
