Key Responsibilities
Campaign Activation & Optimization
- Launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define audience targeting, creative assets, and messaging.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, efficiency, and lead quality.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Conduct daily reviews of campaign metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using data-driven insights.
Lead Management & Delivery
- Ensure consistent quarterly lead delivery to sales teams.
- Enrich and validate lead data for quality assurance.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for lead acquisition and performance tracking.
Strategic Collaboration
- Participate in campaign kick-offs and POD meetings, contributing to go-to-market strategy.
- Recommend audience parameters, tactics, and time-in-market strategies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and testing to keep Pax8 at the forefront of demand generation.
Skills & Experience
Core Skills
- 2–4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in B2B or performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit, and Google Search.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $68,000/yr to $85,000/yr or more depending on experience.
