Position Summary:
The Business Revenue Analyst plays a key role in helping identify system inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Engaging in projects spanning Revenue Marketing - Americas departments, the Analyst employs responsibility for analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining revenue-related systems and processes that drive financial. Furthermore, they diligently ensure data security and compliance with pertinent regulations and standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency in revenue reporting
- Monitor system data flows to ensure integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of revenue data.
- Spotlight promising opportunities within data sets related to partner interactions.
- Discern predictive trends from existing data sets to inform strategic decision-making.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least three (3) years of pertinent work experience, with a preference for expertise in sales and revenue marketing.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Comprehensive skills in SQL Server, encompassing SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and ODBC connections.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Power BI, DAX, Salesforce and Power Query.
- Proven ability to translate requirements from department leaders into compelling analyses, dashboards, and reports, presenting information in an easily understandable format for the team.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field (e.g., Statistics) or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $72,000 to $90,000 or more depending on experience.
