🛠️ Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Translate business goals into actionable project plans. Align initiatives with executive priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust with C-suite leaders and cross-functional teams. Communicate with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
- Execution Excellence: Manage timelines, budgets, and risks using tools like Jira, Wrike, and Confluence. Apply Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
- Compliance & Change Management: Lead initiatives that align with ISO 27001, ISO 9000, and SOC 2 standards. Drive change with compassion and structure.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization. Celebrate wins and learn from setbacks.
🧠 What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management.
- Experience in management consulting, compliance, and change management.
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Wrike, Asana, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall).
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- A mindset of curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $125,000/yr to $155,000/yr or more depending on experience.
