Position Summary:
The Global Vendor Programs Manager -Beyond will own the global Beyond vendor sponsorship program and the Beyond Beyond Strategic sales enablement program.
The Project Manager will have experience in project and program management and working across complex projects. They will lead a cross-functional, complex transformation initiatives working with Pax8’s Global Vendor Experience Group, Sales, Marketing, and other departments. They will have experience in managing internal rhythm of the business motions and will be able coordinate multiple projects at one time.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

Own the project management of Global vendor sponsorships for Pax8 Beyond including:

Landing the strategy for multiple Global Beyond Events.

Partnering with the business to curate new initiatives tied to the Beyond sponsorship program.

Working to launch content and manage projects at once to ensure the messaging lands with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Ensure the ability for the business to track and monitor impact of the program in market. Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization of Beyond sponsorships.

Detail-Oriented Project Management: Demonstrates extreme attention to detail in managing projects and sponsorships

Own the project management of Global Beyond Beyond strategy for Pax8 Beyond Events including:

Showcase and coordinate a cohesive post-event plan for all departments to follow up with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how best to progress with the project and communicating any impacts to stakeholders & serve as the SME for the associated projects in the Beyond team.

The primary objective of this project is to increase Pax8's revenue, enhance vendor revenue, and ensure that partners recognize value and continue their learning, education, innovation, and community engagement—the three pillars—after the Beyond event.

Coordinating internal resources and third parties (when applicable) for flawless execution of multiple projects.

Create long and short-term plans assisting with defining project scope and objectives. Plans should include targets for milestones adhering to deadlines, and account for relevant internal stakeholder engagements.

Experience managing multiple projects with varying stakeholders, timelines, budgets and impacts with the right focus, attention, and priority.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and refining the project approach to optimize its effectiveness and align with the company's overall growth objectives.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

At least five (5) years of experience in a business development and/or global project/program management role.

Experience building and maintaining interdepartmental collaboration and co-dependence to foster long-term partnerships and drive continued growth for the company.

Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Be able to articulate complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and build strong relationships with their counterparts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Data Analysis Skills: Comfortable working with data, including vendor performance metrics, sales data, and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Adaptability & Execution: Adapt to changing business needs and market conditions, shifting priorities as needed to support the success of the company and its vendors and execute expertly to deadlines.

Communication: Ability to convey messages effectively to clients and team members.

Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems that arise during a project.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $110,000 to $140,000 or more depending on experience.
