Position Summary:
The Product Manager, Partner Enablement oversees a designated area of Pax8's partner enablement product. This role involves gathering, translating, and prioritizing educational, business, and system requirements from cross-functional stakeholders to inform the enablement team's initiatives. By driving product development and enhancements, the Product Manager plays a key role in achieving the company's ambitious enablement objectives. Additionally, they manage projects and sprints throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):

Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing education and business requirements based on brainstorms, feedback sessions, content requests, and key business objectives. (20%)

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Partner Experience, Partner Services, Pax8 Academy, Sales, and Marketing, to gather, refine, and clearly document requirements. (20%)

Balancing the long-term vision with the day-to-day requirements of Guided Growth. (10%)

Effectively communicating functional and technical requirements to cross-functional team members and management. (10%) Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely project completion through recurring check-ins and status meetings. (10%)

Conducting meetings and presentations to review requirements and specifications with enablement and learning tech teams. (10%)

Partnering with Experience, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, partners, and leadership. (10%)

Communicating updates and new releases to stakeholders. (10%)
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

At least two (2) years of directly relevant experience, such as marketing, project management, or program management.

Proficiency in systems and tools related to project and program management, with strong documentation skills.

Previous experience leading and supporting successful customer education projects.

Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Proven ability to manage competing resources and priorities effectively.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and engagement.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $97,000 to $120,000, or more depending on experience.
