Sales Revenue Enablement Programs Manager

Are you passionate about transforming sales teams into high-performance powerhouses? Pax8 is seeking a Sales Revenue Enablement Programs Manager to partner with our revenue organization and drive the development and execution of cutting-edge enablement programs. Your focus will be on advancing our sales methodology, skills training, and playbook development to ensure the continued success of our sales teams.

In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Channel Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, and Channel Account Managers, building programs that enhance their sales performance, productivity, and knowledge. With your expertise in Sales Methodology, Playbook creation, and sales enablement tools, you’ll help take our teams to the next level. A key part of your role will also involve aligning enablement programs with Sales Leadership and overall company goals, ensuring everyone is driving toward the same objectives.

What you’ll be doing every day:

  • Designing and executing sales enablement programs that integrate our Command of the Message (CoM) sales methodology, ensuring all teams have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Building and optimizing sales playbooks that provide structured, actionable guidance to sales teams, continuously refining them to improve outcomes.
  • Leading the Launchpad program for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding with a strong focus on sales skills and methodology training.
  • Aligning enablement programs with Sales Leadership and company goals, ensuring that training initiatives drive the right results and support broader business objectives.
  • Coaching sales leaders and teams through scalable training methods that enhance their sales skills, product expertise, and ability to manage their pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders to execute quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that assess the impact of enablement programs on sales performance.
  • Developing and updating sales content and communicating it across the organization through internal tools and processes.
  • Partnering with the Curriculum Development team to create targeted, just-in-time eLearning modules that reinforce key sales skills and concepts.

What you’ll accomplish in the first 90 days:

  • Audit and refine existing sales enablement programs to ensure they are aligned with our Command of the Message methodology and sales objectives.
  • Take ownership of the Launchpad program, focusing on effectively onboarding new sales hires.
  • Begin driving regular sales skills coaching sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge retention.

What you’ll achieve within 6 months:

  • Deliver fully optimized sales playbooks across multiple sales teams, integrating CoM methodology and actionable strategies.
  • Develop and execute quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that communicate progress and ensure program alignment with sales and company goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance updates to sales leadership, contributing directly to the overall growth and success of the sales organization.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with a focus on Sales Methodology, Skills Development, and Playbook creation.
  • Deep knowledge of Command of the Message (or similar) sales methodology and experience enabling sales teams through structured training programs.
  • Ability to align enablement programs with Sales Leadership and company goals, ensuring that all initiatives drive the right business outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in Adult Learning Theory, with a track record of designing impactful training programs that drive sales results.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technology, channel sales, and revenue-driving initiatives.

Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range between $87,000 and $108,000 OR more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
