Position Summary:

The Academy Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the Academy team. They assist with the operations of every Academy offering, including Coaching, Instructor-Led Courses, Peer Groups, and On-Demand Content. The Coordinator also assists with the operations of the Academy team, including meetings and events, communications, and platforms and tools. They are customer-focused, communicating externally with Partners as well as internally with other Pax8 departments.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates onboarding, logistics, attendee tracking, and communications for Partners engaging in Academy offerings
  • Coordinates requests to and from other Pax8 departments
  • Develops and updates operating procedures and processes
  • Communicates Academy services and Partner information with internal Pax8 stakeholders
  • Provides ad-hoc support to Academy team as needed

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least six (6) months of experience in an operations or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to follow through
  • Ability to be tech savvy – learning and using new technologies
  • Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and energized working in a fast-growing environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments
  • Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
  • Ability to actively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $40,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
