Position Summary:

The Partner Persona Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing partner-focused programs that cover the entire partner lifecycle. This role will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and impactful campaigns to attract, onboard, enable, and retain partners, ensuring their success and mutual growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing strategies, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Aid new initiative launches through competitive assessment and market research/analysis of different partner types.
  • Curate and maintain a well-organized and easily searchable Partner Profile application to be used by all departments across Pax8.
  • Identify key touchpoints and opportunities to create relevant and personalized partner journeys
  • Collaborate with multiple departments (key being Product, Engineering and Marketing) to develop a comprehensive global partner lifecycle journey that encompasses all stages: recruitment, onboarding, enablement, engagement, and expansion.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including completing data analysis and providing program updates for quarterly business reviews.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing and developing strategy to gather Partner/customer feedback
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations or written communication in a concise and well-organized manner
  • Able to think holistically about partner journeys and personas
  • Passion for understanding Partner insights and behavior
  • Highly organized and process driven with an extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational. problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Exceptional listening and learning skills to anticipate stakeholder needs

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $75,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
