Position Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the Salesforce team, responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems and products. They are involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of the system. They also provide end-user support and training for Salesforce applications and collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and reports.
  2. Manage and maintain the security and integrity of the Salesforce system, including user profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and groups.
  3. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  5. Monitor and optimize the performance and functionality of Salesforce systems and products.
  6. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends and implement them as needed.
  7. Create and maintain documentation and training materials for Salesforce users and administrators.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Salesforce Administration role, with a proven track record of delivering successful enhancements.
  • Good business acumen and the ability to understand the impact of product features on business objectives, ROI, and value.
  • Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Understands the basics of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Data-driven, making decisions based on insights and analytics.
  • Good design sense and a basic understanding of customer and vendor needs.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ask relevant questions and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal guidance.
  • Worked in at least one Salesforce org with over 200+ users.
  • Familiar with SFDC Development Cycle
  • Familiar with Salesforce Flows
  • Basic knowledge of Declarative Apex Code
  • Basic knowledge of SOQL, SAQL, LWC
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations desired. E.g. Marketo, Chorus, Outreach, ReachDesk, HighSpot

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Professional certifications in Salesforce (CSA), or other related credentials is desired.

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $96,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
