Position Summary:

Pax8 is a socially responsible organization committed to positively impacting the communities we serve. We believe in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and aim to create meaningful change through our philanthropic, community engagement, and ethical business practices. As we continue to grow and expand our social impact efforts, we are seeking a dedicated CSR Program Manager to lead and coordinate our CSR programs.

The CSR Program Manager designs, implements, and manages our CSR programs. They work closely with the social impact team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that align with our CSR goals and values. They are passionate, results-oriented, and able to drive positive social and environmental impact within the organization and the communities we serve as well as generate and sustain a culture of employee giving.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • CSR Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to translate CSR strategy into actionable programs and initiatives.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and local stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and community needs.
  • Philanthropy: Manage philanthropic initiatives, including grant programs, donations, and volunteer activities, ensuring alignment with company values and community priorities.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to encourage volunteerism, community involvement, and a culture of social responsibility.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of CSR programs, prepare reports, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Social Responsibility: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance social responsibility initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, community engagement, sustainability, and philanthropy.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, reporting standards, and ethical guidelines in CSR activities
  • Budget Management: Manage the CSR budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential CSR-related risks and challenges proactively.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in in CSR, community engagement, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of CSR principles, community relations, and sustainability best practices.
  • Experience utilizing Benevity Platform and Data
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on CSR metrics.
  • Passion for corporate social responsibility and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Strong public speaking skills, history of influencing peers, and able to maintain poise under pressure.
  • Ability to engage cross-functionally to request resources, collaborate on projects, and coordinate events globally.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills; Always conduct themselves in a professional manner with proven relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to establishing and executing on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training, executive presentations, and innovations in 1:1 and 1: many settings in live, virtual, or hybrid environments.
  • Proven success in creating innovative and scalable business plans, analyzing results, and making appropriate modifications to continually improve execution of strategies to deliver optimal success.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action and facilitate effective program reviews.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
  • A master's degree or relevant certifications in CSR or sustainability is preferred

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $75,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
