Position Summary:
The Strategic Programs Manager represents Pax8 by supporting and advocating for our multi-location partners (e.g., franchises, private equity-backed, M&A, TSDs). They work hand in hand with the Channel Account Manager and Solution Consultant teams to ensure that partner needs and value drivers are being identified. The Manager acts as an overlay between our multi-location partners and the various teams that support them (e.g., Sales, Support, Academy, Proserv).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Engage with multi-location partners to discover value drivers
- Collaborate with partners and the Pax8 team to ensure needs are discovered and met
- Communicate with internal departments on questions related to vendors, support, PSA integration, products, and order-to-cash processes
- Coordinate alignment meetings to identify product opportunities, review business objectives, and QBRs, and serve as a cloud technology expert providing business solutions to meet partners' value drivers
- Build relationships with multi-location partners’ executive teams to strategize new sales opportunities and enablement opportunities for franchise chains
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Qualified candidates must have prior experience leading management of relationships with Franchise or multi-location partner ecosystem.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience with go-to-market (GTM) and incentive-based program management experience preferred
- Ability to acquire and/or demonstrate a solid understanding of business technology products and services for categories such as Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, and Security
- Strong program management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment
- Ability to build relationships with partners’ sales teams to strategize new sales opportunities
- Ability to build trust across the organization through collaboration and active, direct communication
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence others, implement change, and standardize processes in a complex business environment
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $93,000 or more depending on experience
