Senior Platform Engineer

Paccurate

Software Engineering
Boston Metropolitan Area, USA

Paccurate is on a mission to reduce the carbon footprint of the shipping industry by finding the best way to pack anything and everything with our intelligent cartonization engine.

Our API not only saves shippers money, but drastically reduces their waste in the process. Paccurate is tackling problems of monumental scale, and every contribution our team members make can lead to fewer trucks on the road, less jet fuel burned ferrying half-filled boxes, and less cardboard and packaging for every shipment.

Built on top of our API, Paccurate has developed a new category of simulation platform that empowers shippers to extensively explore and analyze countless packs. Our platform provides valuable insights into the far-reaching consequences of upstream choices (product dimensions, carton suite), helping businesses make informed decisions that align with their financial and sustainability objectives. With PacSimulate, shippers can delve deeper into the complexities of their shipping processes and optimize their strategies for maximum efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. With PacHealth, shippers are able to monitor their packing performance in real time and get insights into what items, cartons, or processes are cost drivers and suggestions on how to mitigate them. Other platform features such as Resources and Inspector make integrations easy to modify and troubleshoot.

We are rapidly increasing our customer base and need a capable platform engineer to expand, scale, and deploy the suite of tools customers will use to explore and realize the benefits of Paccurate and strengthen our product offering.

Paccurate is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
