Status:
This is a contract position 25-30 hours per week with the potential of full-time employment based on performance and business needs. No additional benefits provided.
Rate: $45-$60 per hour depending on relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of diverse content types, including short and long-form written content, video content, webinars, and podcasts.
- Manage a team of contract writers, graphic designers, and other content creators.
SEO Optimization:
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to enhance organic visibility.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement strategies to improve content discoverability.
Content Production Process:
- Own the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to distribution.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Serve as the primary editor of all content, ensuring it hues toward our content strategy and company positioning
Performance Analysis:
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to analyze the performance of content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with overall business objectives.
- Effectively communicate content strategies, goals, and results to internal stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple resources effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing content for SEO and improving organic search rankings.
- Familiarity with various content types, including written, video, webinars, and podcasts.
- Experience managing a team of contract writers, graphic designers, and other content creators.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure content performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
